1 head of Cabbage, few slices of onion, 2 teaspoon chicken bullion, 1 cup ham, salt, pepper to taste. 2 quarts of water.

How many points per 1 cup serving??

Depends on how many servings. 1 cup of cabbage is 0 pts
1 cup of ham is 6 points. The rest is 0 points. So as long as you have no more than 1 cup of cabbage per serving than all you have to count is the ham!
