McDonalds Veggie Burgers

Hi, does anybody know the points for these?

I've tried their website and all the books I got from WW, but can't find it anywhere,

Thanks

I found the following quote on another website....see if this helps...

"Well, if the kids want burgers, McDonald’s and Burger King are the obvious choices. Click here to read more about the best Burger and Chicken options at McDonald’s! McDonald’s only vegetarian offering is the Vegetable Delux – with over 420 calories and almost 20g of fat (6 Units), this bun is Delux by name and deluxe by nature! Add a small serving of fries and a small vanilla milkshake (you do need your calcium, after all!) and this brings your quick meal up to over 1000 calories and nearly 40g of fat (14, count ‘em, 14 Units!) Yikes!"

Wow, I knew it was a really good veggie burger, now I know why.

Thanks.

Well, TGI Friday's has a garden burger too and I ate it once thinking I was making a good choice...

445 calories and 9 grams of fat or 10 points per sandwich.

Can you BELIEVE that? I heard that they serve a "garden buger" that is bigger than what is commercially available to the public. PLUS...their buns are HORRIBLE.

Kind of ticks me off that when you go out and order off the "healthy" menu, that you really have to be careful not to get the shaft.

I ordered the Boca Burger at Denny's when we were on vacation thinking I was doing so good. I later realized I could have had the club sandwich for one point less! Go figure!

what's really annoying is that veggie burgers are more expensive than the meat burgers in restaurants. it's just lame.

I think the key here is to skip the mayo they put on. They are trying to offer a vegetarian substitute, and not a low fat sandwich. It is our obligation to skip some of the additions they put on the burgers.
