i lost my booklet a while ago ... and i dont even know how many points im supposed to be eating so ive just been guestamating .... can anyone tell me how many points a 226 pound person is entitled to?

thank you so much !!! the trip went better than i expected ... i was dissapointed that i had lost about 28 pounds but haddent dropped a pant size by the start of the trip .... but im just glad that i lost any weight .....

Just remember that it takes time for pants sizes to drop. I didn't budge sizes until I hit 192 lbs. From 244. Seriously. So just hang in there. The smaller you are, the more drastic the weight loss looks...I'm assuming that is you in the avatar??? You are SO. PRETTY!!!! And remember that...
