Another Points Question
This may have been asked before. I am new to WW and had a question about calculating points. If I am going to have a piece of bread and it has 80 calories, 1 fat gram, and 0 fiber per slice it would calculate to be 2 points per slice. If I were to have 2 slices, do I double the 2 points per slice and make it 4 points for two slices or do I double the nutritional information to 160 calories, 2 fat grams, and 0 fiber and recalculate and come out at 3 points for two slices.

I double the nutritional info. Seems to me it balances out in the long run. Although the bread you eat has no fiber, keep in mind that in any case, the fiber cap is 4. |
