Crystal Light

Is Crystal Light 0 points no matter how much you drink?

pretty much as long as you don't drink like 10 packets in one sitting ;)

The nutrition facts on the back of a Crystal Lite Tub container states:
Crystal Lite container holding 6 tubs of mix
Each tub is packed to make 2 qts
Serving size 1/8 tub (makes 8fl oz)
Serving size per container of 6 tubs is 48

Amount per serving
Calories 5
Total Fat 0
Fiber 0

So the way I calculate this you can have 4 8oz glasses of Crystal lite drink at 0 points but if you have 5 8oz glasses then it is 1 point and if you drink 8 8oz glasses or one whole tub's worth it is still 1 pt. If you drink 15 8oz glasses then you are up at 2 points (but that is a lot of crystal lite to drink)

Just thought I would let you know in case you are drinking more then 4 8oz glasses a day. However I believe I probably drink more then 4 some daysand until doing the calculations just now, I too just figured it was 0 points and didn't track it and have consistently lost weight since I joined WW on 5/13/09. So it is really up to you if you want to bother tracking it or not, I don't imagine you are drinking 15 glasses a day.

It's a great way to get your water in too! I was told by a WW leader to try to match every drink of Crystal Light with a glass of plain water. Not a problem for me, since I love water.

What is everyones favourite CL or Nestea Singles flavour? I love the CL Raspberry Ice and Nesteas Pink Ribbon Lemonade.
