Does anyone know how many points "swiss miss - no sugar added" hot chocolate is?
do you guys even count it?

I drink those at work. I count the sugar-free hot chocolate as 1 pt. I think it's about 40 or 50 calories.

I pour coffee over the dry hot chocolate powder. It's a delicious mocha drink!!

I just bought another that is just 25 calories.. I mix it with 2 tbsp of FF chocolate milk to make it creamier. 1 pt!
can I count this as a water?
For some reason I find a hot drink more filling then a cold.

Don't drink coffee - never tried it! It was all the soda I drank that got me this fat!

YOu can count up to 3 non-waters as part of the 6 waters to satisfy the requirement: one soda/coffee; one juice; one milk. the remaining 3 must be water.

I love Sugar free Swiss Miss.

I've made it with skim milk and it is VERY creamy & yummy. Try it sometime.

I have told others for years that drinking a lot of soda pop is bad and makes you gain weight, but no one would listen. I'm sorry that has happened to you, but now you recognize it and are on the right track. Happy losing!
