Okay, maybe painting a bedroom isn't exercise in the pure sense of the word, but it's a ton of work! I painted a ceiling and 4 walls of my bedroom today, any idea of how many extra points that would translate to? I had to eat frequently 'cause I could feel that my body would get weak if I didn't get it food :)
