  • I bought these fries and when I got home I looked up the nutritional info for points. Well for the servings it says 100 grams.

I DONT HAVE A SCALE>>>>>>> I know it wouldn't be hard to go and buy one and I will soon enough but in the mean time...can someone please help....what I want to know is....if someone else eats these and HOW MANY FRIES EQUAL 100 GRAMS>>>>>

If anyone can help I would just be so happy.....

I'm not really sure how many fries it would take to equal the 100g, but you could count all the fries in the package, see how many servings there are in total and then divide the number of fries by the number of servings. That might be a hard job if it's a big bag, but one way to find out without a scale! I know the shoestring frozen kind of fries grant you like 24 or so for a serving, but I have no idea if that's 100g.

    Good luck!
  • I buy the McCain's "5 minute" fries. A 3 oz. portion (about 46) fries is 3 points. They taste like fast food fries and if you cut the portion down, you can still enjoy for l-1/2 points. Even DH likes them and they do cook in only five minutes.
  • 100 grams of McCains fries is equal to about 20-30 fries depending on whether they are shoestring, straight or crinkle.
