converting a recipe to ww points

  • Hi, I'm new here and I'm not sure I'm going about this the right way. I have a recipe that was given to me by an instructor from my gym. She said she changed the recipe so that it is healthier and has less fat. (She's a health nut ) Anyway, I want to figure out the point value on it for weight watchers? I hope someone can help me. Thanks Malia
  • You need to convert the ingredients into points, and then add it all up. Or, type in the recipe here and we can help you do it.
  • Do you have access to the WW online? If so, you can put your recipe in there and it does it for you!
  • Count up the individual ingredients calories, fat, and fiber in the entire recipe. Divide that by the number of servings that it makes. Then, figure up the individual Points per serving.
