Will be happily joining WW in January and was just curious what the point value will be for these 2 new items I bought at the supermarket today. Any help would be very much appreciated.
Item 1- Quaker Oatmel: 160 Calories, 2 grams of fat and 10 grams of fiber.
Item2- Fiber One Bars: 140 Calories, 4 grams of fat and 9 grams of fiber.
3 for the oatmeal, 2 for the Fiber One bars (5 if you eat two in one day).
