I wanted to ask any of you to post your low point meals that are filling. I have only been doing this for less than a week, but have discovered that for breakfast:
1 Fiber one bar and 1 c milk for 4 points is very filling. This seemed to be more filling than my bowl of kashi with 1/2 c milk for 4 points with 1/2 cup strawberries, 0.33 points if you are counting decimals (I usually consume the other cup during the day to make for the whole point)
lunch: 1 slice whole wheat bread, 2 pieces of deli ham and a cup of 0 point soup was 3 points, didn't completely satisfy so added an apple for 1 point =4points.
Dinner: Haven't found a good low point dinner yet, but am in search for days when I go overboard during the day. Any suggestions appreciated.
Also, any low point eating out ideals? Subway seems to be the lowest if I just eat a 1/2 sub.
