2 food points questions

I have 2 questions on food points:

1. I know the popcorn blog is there, but I didn't see anything for Newmans Own Natural - for the whole large bag. Does anybody know how many points this is?

2. I saw the blog about free veggie soup.... but was everyone talking about the Progresso brand vegetable soups that say "0 points" per serving. But there are 2 servings per can. So is the whole can also 0 points?

Thank you :)

1 Sorry I dont know anything about popcorn
2 If you eat the whole can of "0" pt soup you should count it as 1 point.

There is also a WW veggie soup that is 0 points you should be able to find the recipe on the web site.

Actually the Progresso soups that are 0 for 1 serving are normally 2 for the whole can. What you do is double the cal/fat/fiber then figure the points if you eat the whole can at one time.

When others and I made that list for popcorn Newman's Own wasn't out.

Take the calories/fat/fiber for 1 cup popped and then multiply them by the number of cups the bag makes and then figure the points. I would guess if it is a light popcorn to be around 4 and if it is a regular fat one it will be about 7.

Thank you both for your help. I never thought of doubling that soup. I'll bet that should apply to many "0 point" foods - that may have more than that for more servings.

Thanks, again!

Yes it does the only foods it doesn't affect are zero point veggies which are always zero no matter the quantity.
