back to ww

Finally I decided to rejoined ww again this past Tuesday. I have been going to the gym for 3 weeks now every day, this time should work. For snack I like to eat crackers, the book said that we can have 7 fat free crackers for only 1p. I couldn't find any fat free crackers in the supermarket. Is there anyone out there that can give me some brands that taste good. (I don't mean cookies). Or any ideas for 1 point snacks that I can have while Iam at work. I know that I can get fruits for 1 point but I usually leave them for mid morning. By the way I weight 158.2 and Iam 5'2 tall. I would love to be in 125 pounds. Thank you so much.;)

Taina,
I don't know about name brand crackers, but I take 98%FF tortilla
cut it in eighths, spray it with a smidge of Pam and put onion powder and garlic powder on it. Then just crisp it in your oven for 5 minutes or so. REally good--Also you can make a batch, pkg. them in eighths, and freeze them for future use.
There's a whole list of one point snacks somewhere on the 3fatchicks site. Maybe someone will chime in and let you know where it is. Also, your WW leader should have a comprehensive list of one point foods that she can give you.
Good luck. You're going to make it!

I eat Nabisco Premium FF Saltines. I personally like them better than the regular ones. They are lighter and crispier.
