When Fast Food Becomes a MUST...What do you choose?

    I usually pack a lunch to take to work, however every Friday I like to treat myself and go out with my co-workers.

    Here are some of my favorite FAST FOOD selections. What are yours? Any other suggestions??

    BURGER KING
    TENDERGRILL Chicken Garden Salad = 5 points
    KEN'S Light Italian Dressing = 3.5 points (sometimes I only use half!)
    8.5 points total

    MCDONALDS
    Fruit 'n Yogurt Parfait = 3 points
    Side Salad w/Newman's Own Low Fat Balsamic Vinaigrette = 1 point
    Grilled Chicken Snack Wrap with Ranch = 6.5 points
    10.5 points total

    WENDY'S
    Small Chili = 4 points
    Plain Baked Potato = 4 points
    Side Salad w/ Fat free french dressing = 2 points
    10 points total

  • Oh and even though it's not fast food.. my favorite thing is *Chili's* Chicken Tortilla Soup.. it's sooo good! 1 bowl is 270cal/14g fat/4g fiber/15g protein.
