Wine cooler point values?
 

I enjoy drinking an occassional wine cooler or similar beverage, but I cannot find nutritional (hah) information about this anywhere. They do not list the contents on the bottles or on the boxes. Any help would be appreciated.

Any type wine coolers

Smirnoff Ice

Because I had so many left over from the holidays, I just looked this up and it was listed as:

Wine cooler, 1 (12 oz) 3 points

I don't think hard lemonade is classified as a wine cooler...I believe I recall my leader saying those things are like 5 points each. Ouch! Not sure what Smirnoff Ice would be classified as.

Thanks so much for the info. I wish they were less points but at least now I can try to be a bit closer when I count them.

Smirnoff Ice is 5 points for one bottle--225 calories/0 fat/0 fiber. Hard Lemonade, if I remember right, is the same (5 points). I'll see if I can find a past discussion about this and pull it up.
