Pomegranite Nutritional Information

Can anyone help? I've had no luck finding this information so far. I'm sure there are plenty others out there eating pomegranites! I'd like to know more than points value, if possible, of a normal sized pomegranite or of a measured quantity of seeds. Thanks in advance. :)

I seem to recall 1 point for a 3 1/2" diameter fruit

we have pomegranate for thanksgiving as a dessert. My mom
takes the fruit/pips out of the skin and mounds them up into a
crystal bowl. We eat it by the cupful - juicy, tangy and fun.

One of her guests made a pomegranate sauce w/fresh poms, orange juice and I think a bit of sugar for the turkey. It was really nice.

Thanks, Kelly. Would you happen to know where I might find the calorie, fat, and fiber info?

Lala, I love pomegranites. They're great to snack on. They taste good and I like that they take a long time to eat! The sauce sounds great. If you know the recipe, I'd love to have it.

Kelly, thanks for going out of your way to get that info for me! :)

By the way... I just realized I've been spelling "pomegranate" wrong! That might be why I couldn't find the info I needed. :dizzy:
