How Do You Figure Points? Is There A Formula For This?!~?~

If you get the starter kit, included is a card that lets you enter information (calories, fiber, fat) and it tells you the points value. There may also be a calculator.

there are several ways.

One was mentioned.

There is also an electronic (like a calculator) points calculator.

If you join online or use e-tools with your meetings you have one on the official W/W Website.

You also can google it and find a formula. While it is out there I will say some may not be accurate or correct and W/W considers it copyrighted and it is patented.

Isn't there a paperback book that lists point values for tons of foods?

There are actually two books you can get from WW. One of them has a list of everyday foods w/points values and the other is the Dining Out Companion, which lists the points values of restaurant foods. There is actually a formula for calculating points values posted in one of the sticky's for this forum, that may also help.

The online website for Weight Watchers has a lot of answers. You don't necessarily have to join to enjoy some of the benefits.
