Okay, didn't do so well today with healthy food choices, but at least I kept within my points!!
Brekkie: Fruit & Fibre bar - 1.5pts Coffee lite frappiccino - 3.5pts Snack: Snack a Jacks 2.0pts Lunch: 2 Ryvita crackers with DairyLea cheese 2.0pts Apricot energy bar 2.0pts Snack: WW choc chip cookies 1.5pts Dinner: Chicken korma with rice & veggies 10pts Dessert WW raspberry/white choc. mousse 2.0pts Total pts: 24.5 (.5 remaining!) |
