    Snack: Snack a Jacks - 2pts

    Lunch: Lentil soup - 2.5pts
    3 slices dry ww bread - 1.5pts

    Snack: ww cookies - 1.5 pts
    strawberry yogurt - 1pt

    Dinner - grilled chicken w/ rice and peas - 7pts

    Dessert - bag of maltesers - 4pts

    Total: 24pts (.5 pt left over!)
