Subway points?

In the eating out book, it lists the points for sandwiches. Then, it also lists the bread. Are you supposed to count both when you have a sandwich? That would mean about 12 points for one 6 inch??? Can anyone help me?

I think that the breads are listed so that you can subtract them if you don't eat the bread or add points if you get one of the new, fancy breads. A 6 inch sub on the healthy menu runs about 5 to 7 points and that is with the bread, meat, and veggies. Hope that helps!

www.subway.com is always the best source for Subway information. W/W gets their info from this site.

On the Subway site it states the values include white or wheat bread. W/W gives you the bread information on the chance you want to change to one of the specialty breads or use a wrap so you know what points to deduct and add.
