can you tell me my point range
 

I am 5"4 and 168. not active!


I use to do ww however I was breast feeding at the time and had a much higher range. I can not re join until a meeting on Tue and I do not want to waste time Please help!!!!!:dizzy:

we longer have ranges...we no longer have just height and weight to calculate the daily points from.

It takes into account:

1) gender
2) age
3) height
4) weight
5) daily physical activity no counting exercise

Do you remember your range from when you were nursing? If so just take 10 points off and start with that until you get to your meeting.

I think it was 30? So I would be 20? I dont know

According to the old way where it just took into account height and weight, you should get 22 points.

what about for 5 5 and 185 for points

I've done WW before so I have the point calculator, the book of points, etc. What I don't know is how many points I get. I'm 5'8" 240. Could someone please let me know? Thank you!!
