Last week for me was kinda stinky, so I was glad to see something show up (or dissapear) this week. I changed up my eating schedule, and started varieing my points up and down from day to day. Of course I didnt go over my weekly points, I just ended up useing some of those bonus points instead of eating exactly 20 points everyday. I guess my body liked it better this way and decided to let go of some fluff, LOL!
