It's sooo beautiful and coolish here.
It's time to get out there and walk. (I keep telling myself this. )

I like the idea of a Halloween goal.
My goal is to be down 4 pounds. Hopefully I can handle that loss.

Well, I didn't expect a loss this week, but I didn't expect to gain 2 pounds either! Major bummer!!! Now I'm back to -6.5. But I guess that's better than +6.5. I still have time before I go to the doctor the end of Oct. to lose some more.

Bummer-Tammy, there had to be some reason for that gain--water retention maybe.
