As a means to keep me on track, I am starting a food journal here. Everyone and Anyone is encouraged to post. I know that being accountable for what I eat is important, so I hope this helps!

Here is yesterday... Taking into consideration that I was very munchy because of the US crisis, I didn't do too bad!
B... Oatmeal Packet 3 Fruit cup 1 L... Soup 2 Potato salad 5 Snack Smart pop 2 Coke 3 Lite Brownie 2 D... Soup 4 Snack Ice Cream 4 26 points total |
My Wednesday. I was high today, but that is OK, since I have banked points from Monday and Tuesday.
B... Oatmeal Packet 3 Yogurt 2 L... Yucky sandwich est. 8 Roasted veggies est. 2 Coke 3 Snack Hot Chocolate 1 D... Egg Noodles 6 Beef and gravy 6 Peas 1 Snack Fudgsicle 1 Total = 32 (24-29) 2 exercise points 1 over f/v 3 :( Milk 2 :) Water ~80oz. |
