Get off the couch and move #2

  • Oy exercise! You know I used to love to exercise. I remember when I was a teen I used to run a lot. Even up until a few years ago I did a ton of walking and loved it. Don't know what happened to that girl. It is the fat that does it you know, drags you down and gives you the energy level of a sloth. Anyway my goal is for 30 minutes of something, walking or biking, every day. That's enough to start with.

    What's your exercise goal?
  • I did it, I did it!! I did my 30 minutes of exercise biking. Considering how hot it is outside the basement is freezing but I was sweating like a you know what regardless. Felt good afterwards. I wish that was a feeling I could bottle and bring out whenever I feel a distinct lack of motivation!
  • 2 hours of walking around the Royal Ontario Museum, I have no energy for anything else today!
