I know it really helped me to be accountable when I used to post my daily food logs here.
So, here's mine for today: B- one Millie's Whole Wheat english muffin= 1pt egg= 2pts 1 wedge LC cheese= 1pt 1 can soda= 3 pts Lunch plan: diet lemonade= 0 not sure what else :) Supper plan: chicken & veggies in crockpot= have to figure out pts That's the plan... What are YOU eating today? |
