Morning all. Well the past couple of days have been bad. I have not exercised in 2 days though I walked miles it felt like yesterday while I was shopping but it probably wasn't really that much. My feet were really sore though. My weight is up again. That woman that I've told you about who had the weight loss surgery is down under 200 lbs. That really depressed me. I am happy for her of course but jealous too. That could be me if I would put a little effort into losing weight. I'm too much of a talker and thinker about it all rather than a do-er if you know what I mean.

It's been hot here too. Wednesday it rained on and off but yesterday was a scorcher and I think today will be as well.

Steph - sorry to hear the Olive Garden wasn't great, usually their food is good isn't it?

Misty - hope it isn't too bad today with the humidity.

Any plans for the weekend anyone? We'll just be doing errands and stuff. My husband has one little spot to finish on the fence, the lattice work on the top and he wants to get his hair cut, just little stuff like that. Otherwise nothing really exciting.

Good morning! Jen, I know what you mean about talking and planning rather than doing. That's partially my problem too. Maybe it's part of an "all or nothing" type mentality and moderation would serve best. I don't know!! Yes, Olive Garden is typically really good, in my opinion.

It's suppose to be about 100 degrees plus humidity here, so I plan on staying inside all weekend, maybe go to a movie. I might go to the Weight Watchers meeting tomorrow morning, since I wasn't able to go on Monday. Nothing too exciting....

I am soooo a talker planner type LOL. Everyday i's a new plan a new idea. If I'd just actually DO the plan it would work!!!!!

DH called me this afternoon and asked if I could meet him i town so he oculd get new tires put on his motorcycle. So I had to pick him up at the repair place. Then we decided to go to town and pick up an air conditioner at my parents' house. My gramma gave it to me, but my mom was in the town where my gramma lives so she picked it for me there and brought it to her house. So I am excited about that. But I wasn't planning on going out there tonight. Then tomarrow we have to pick up the motorcyle, and my BIL and his Fiance invited us over to their new house. So we might go there. Then Sunday DH leaves for Pittsburgh. He'll be in Pitt or Philly off and on until the end of the month.

I spent a few hours cleaning my van today. I even shampooed all the carpets in it. It was sooooo hot! But I feel better that it is clean. SO that is my big excitment.

I bought myself some workout shorts and a new sports bra today. As well as a light cotton shirt. Hopefully that will help with walking.

Well I am off to bed. It's been a looooooong hot day :) have a great weekend everyone!
