Labour Day Weekend
 

This is poll to see how it makes you feel...when I was a kid, Stand By Me was my fave movie, and b/c of that movie (and going back to school) Labour day weekend made me sad :(. How about you??

Summer, what summer?
 

Seems like every since I joined the working world, summer isn't the same. It's just hotter. (And b/f and I aren't taking vacation until October). Normally, Labor Day wouldn't mean a thing to me because a newspaper recognizes few holidays, but we actually get that day off.

Belle, in many of the southern states, school starts before Labor Day! Roanoke started this week. When I lived in Alabama, we started about this time,too.
