I know how you feel, Chris about seeing people from school. I used to be thin and now I am definately not! But, you have to get past that. But, take small steps. One day at a time. Just stop kicking yourself. As you lose more weight you will feel like doing more. It will all take time though. I know you want results now. And I know it is hard. When you work so hard to lose weight and you don't see results right away. But it will happen, just not as quick as you want it to. Just stick with ww. It sounds like you are doing great with ww. Chin up, you are worthy.
