Good morning Ladies,

It is Wed and I WI this morning. Halleluia!! I lost 2# bringing my total to 10#. I am also now in the 160s again for the first time in over a year. I don't know what Steve is going to get me but I do know that he and Ellen have something cooked up.

Enjoy whatever you have coming your way. Isn't it wonderful to have that support? I have it and it makes a world of difference.

Congrats, Janie! Welcome to the 160's. Doesn't it feel great. Hopefully it will just be a short stopover. BTW, wish me luck on my WI tonight.
