We went to this cute Artist Colony town near by -- Sugarloaf, NY. It was fun going into the shops. It actually was more a leisurely walk than one that I can earn any activity points with. |

A well deserved break! Saturday 8/11/01 - I lost 1# today. :o) breakfast: 2 raisin bakes- (2) - on the run with soccer prac. lunch: 2 oz. ground round-(2) 1/2 p. cheese-(.5) 1 p. bread-(.5) dinner: 1 1/2 p. pizza-(6) cheesy bread-(12) snacks: popcorn-(4) milky way light-(4) = Went to the movies and went to see "The Others" points: 31- Today is bank day. I had 20 in my bank and I used 8. I ended the week with 12 pts. in my bank. water: 64 oz. exercise: none Terri 194.6/146/135 |

Monday 8/13/01
breakfast: None Took kids to school ( first day, mad house- brand new school, almost finished) and had to run to 3 different places so got home in just in time, started to feel hungry and it was 11:00 so lunch time. lunch: 1/4 c. egg substitute-(1) onions - not enough to count 1 piece ham -(.3) 1 piece 2% cheese-(1) 1 piece of bread-(.5) 1 tsp. Weighed in today. I lost .8, which is less than I hoped for but still a good loss. I am 1.6 lbs. away from my 10 percent.
