Stuck in a root!
Hi, I am Karen and I am from Michigan. It is still cold here.
I have only lost 1 1/2 lbs in 3 months. I have lost 26 1/2 lbs total. I am back to my pre-baby weight. But I would like to lose about 25 more pounds. I am now trying to get down lower than I have in 15 years. Anybody have any hints for me? I exercise 30-45 minutes a day on the treadmill and sometimes I rotate on the treadmill, stair stepper and nordic track. I do ball exercises 25 minutes for 3 days on top of it. I do have to say, I haven't been the best at keeping track of my food plan.:dizzy: |
Is it possible for you to add in a different exercise. Sometimes when you do the same exercise for a long period of time your body adjust to maintaining instead of losing. Or increase the length and intensity of your workout might also help.
