Nsv!

Today I had a NSV I went to lunch with my GF had a turkey and brie and apples sandwhich and chips
I could only eat 1/2 the sandwich and about 10 chips then I wrapped it up and took it home! THIS IS UNPRECEDENTED!

WAY TO GO!!!! That's a huge NSV! Congrats :)

I have a big problem with portion control. I will just keep eating and eating, even if I'm not hungry. I've learned I need to measure my portions and then put the left overs away immediately. If I don't do that I keep picking at what's left!

Everyone: Ugh!!! I failed my Glucose screening so I have to go for a glucose tolerance test now.... grrrr.... I was at higher risk due to my family history, but it still upsets me:(
