Hi everyone. I just got back from my WI and lost another 4 lbs this week. Everyone at my meeting is asking me what I'm doing and to be honest, I really don't know. Just not overeating anymore. It has to be all of the support from everyone in this group. I am so blessed that I have had really good luck so far.

WOW to all of the losers!!! Woo hoo!!!!
I weighed this morning and was down the 2 pounds that I had gained. We can't count that for the loss. I don't think there is any way I am going to hit my goal of -4 by next Friday. I must admit since I've been taking the classes and writing everything down, I am feeling better about myself. I guess that's a plus.

I stayed the same. Frustration. I'm counting points, exercising, drinking water. Not sure what else to do to get this moving.
Congrats to all of you though!!!
