Talking Daily Food Journal 1-16-1/22 Feel Free to Join me!

Breakfast
1/4 cup of kashi 7 grain
1/2 cup light soy milk
Tea with cream and splenda
Snack 15 walnut pieces
Lunch
2 slices pepperidge farms light 7 grain
mustard
1 slice 2% cheddar
3 slices thin sliced ham
Snack
cinamon applesauce
baby carrots (not together!)
Dinner
Shrimp and salad
coctail sauce*
depending on hunger small slice ww lasagna
Water 32 oz so far!

1 cup cinnamon swirl cereal
1/2 cup fat free milk

Lunch:
a tuna packet light
2 Tbsps. just2good mayo
applesauce cup
34 baked cheese doodles

Dinner:
1 piece frozen fish
1/2 c fat free cottage cheese
applesauce cup
1/2 c peas
1 slice frozen cheese toast

Snack:
a banana muffin

apple sauce
SF hot cocoa
Lunch
2 slice Peperidge farms light 7 grain
1 slice 2% Cheese
2 slices roast turkey
10 carrots
Snack
1/4 cup walnuts
Dinner
Dinner out DH is doing boys night
32 oz water

2 slices Wonder Light wheat bread
1 teaspoon peanut butter
banana
FF yogurt

Snack
white cheddar rice cakes
orange

Dinner
chicken soup
homemade bread

Snack
chestnuts

Water- 40 oz for the day

Wenesday 1/18/06

Breakfast:

oatmeal low sugar packet
Banana

Lunch:

soup at hand chicken mini noodles
applesauce cup
5 thin slices Turkey
14 sundried tomato & basil wheat thins

Dinner:

SmartOnes chicken paremsan with spaghetti
1/2 c fat free cottage cheese
1/2 c green beens
applesauce cup

Snack:

Fat free hot chocolate packet
Smartones chocolate cake

and have had three 16.9 ounce bottles of water
