    Tea with cream and splenda
    Snack 15 walnut pieces
    Lunch
    2 slices pepperidge farms light 7 grain
    mustard
    1 slice 2% cheddar
    3 slices thin sliced ham
    Snack
    cinamon applesauce
    baby carrots (not together!)
    Dinner
    Shrimp and salad
    coctail sauce*
    depending on hunger small slice ww lasagna
    Water 32 oz so far!

    a tuna packet light
    2 Tbsps. just2good mayo
    applesauce cup
    34 baked cheese doodles

    Dinner:
    1 piece frozen fish
    1/2 c fat free cottage cheese
    applesauce cup
    1/2 c peas
    1 slice frozen cheese toast

    Snack:
    a banana muffin

    1/2 c fat free cottage cheese
    1/2 c green beens
    applesauce cup

    Snack:

    Fat free hot chocolate packet
    Smartones chocolate cake

    and have had three 16.9 ounce bottles of water
