Bandit, It's great that you're willing to give the Sonoma Diet a chance. I like Core, but I find I'm still doing some mindless eating and I've got to break that!
I bet Canada has been snowed in for some time now. our NY winter hasn't been too bad and the heavy rain we had recently washed away the snow that had been on the ground. Hooray! Good luck with your food. I love that you're getting to Curves. It's the way for you to go. I'll write again soon, but right now my dd and dgb are here and I need to go and have fun with them. Today in a few minutes I'll be leaving for my WW's WI. If all goes well I should post my first loss in 8 weeks. This has been a tough spell for me and it's why I get so shaky when I get shaky. Except for one meeting I did keep on going to WW's to WI and attend my mtg. It was just tough during the week to keep things going. I have to get back the idea of "eat only when hungry" rather than grazing and hunting for food. Even last night I felt hungry and knew it was only that I was tired. However, instead of eating I went to bed. :cp: That's a big improvement. I'm back to baby steps until I'm in the groove and I know I can count on you for support. Have a wonderful day. Lately the weather has been great considering it is January. Haven't had to shovel in awhile. Went to curves Mon & Tues so far this week. Been doing the Sonoma with some modifications. Like it but finding lots of cooking. Once I am used to it, I will make cook some of meals ahead to cut down prep time. But this is my 3rd day & I have not cheated. Tomorrow is my weigh/in & that will tell the tale. Keep you posted. Hi Mousie! Bye for now. |

That is just so great that you're sticking to the Sonoma plan the way you want and it is fabulous that you're getting to Curves so often. Your skinny vibes helped me and I'm sending them right back to you for your WI tomorrow! :goodscale: Mousie, here's a :cp: to you for all the good stuff I know you're doing! I had my WI at WW's this morning and broke my gaining streak. I lost 2.2# this week. I only have 4# more to lose to put me right back at the lowest point I was before the holidays. I can do this! Got to my meeting and am guaranteeing myself I will walk tomorrow. This past week I made myself do my yoga tape for 20min. 4 times and this morning I had my fabulous yoga workout for 1 1/2hours.
