Well after all the water I drank, exercised six days, and stayed on program .... I LOST 3.5 lbs. My BMI went from "obese" to "overweight." I am estatic, jumping for joy, doing the happy dance
Yeay for Jan and Erin....looks like we're all big losers this week. My scale made a leap of 5 pounds. And believe me, that's not all that dropped. There's still a mark on the floor where my jaw hit it when she read my weight to me. Whoot!!!
Stayed the same this week. I still have a few lbs to lose to match where I was on my tracker. I'm using it as incentive. only about 6 lbs off. I WILL get it back off! Hope everyone has a great OP week. Take care.....Sis
I'm so worried about Weigh In.. I've been within my points all week, but I can't say I've been "on plan" - not enough fruits and veggies. I really believe that makes a difference. Also, it's TOM. I hope it goes ok!
