Friday Points and Menus
Weird today... I'm not really prepared. But here goes:
B: 23 pieces Vanilla Cream Shredded Wheat -- 3 1/2 cup ff milk (ran out) -- 1 Coffee with creamer -- 1 S: Yogurt L: 7 slices HC turkey on 2 slices WW bread with mustard and peppers -- 2 D: Veggie burger on roll with cheese, ketchup, mustard and ff mayo: 8 Apples and caramel: 6 S: OUT OF CONTROL Roast beef on a roll with provolone: 16 I don't even want to add it up :mad: |
Friday was another eat-anything-that-appeals day. I've been really off track lately with all that's happening in my world. Oh well, I'm still posting it just to keep myself accountable.
B~ skipped it L~ DH wanted Taco Bell, so of course I agreed. 2 taco supremes 1 order nacho supreme 1 large mountain dew S~ chicken-flavored ramen noodles (8) and a handful of french fried onions on top diet orange soda (0) Sn~ buttered microwave popcorn 1 can mountain dew :o Not a healthy day. |
I had a 'free day' on friday... lol meaning I didn't count points, and didn't care! :o So, I have no idea how many I ate, but I'm sure it was a lot. :lol:
