Yikes. I haven't posted any goals in ages and ages!!! After reading through the posts, one thing that I have started doing is taking a Vitamin everyday. I used to do that but got out of the habit.
I'm trying to eat healthier snacks (fruit, nuts, vegies). |

I really think I'm losing so far because I am taking weight smart 1 a day vitimins, it makes me feel to full.
