Snackin' Saturday.... menus/points

  • So far:
    B= lf hi fiber english muffin= 1
    lf pb= 2
    jelly= 2?

    And now I'm sipping on a can of mountain dew= 3

    The plan for the rest of the day:

    L= eating out while running errands- I don't know where I'll be at that time, so, I'll just have to try to be good!

    S= leftover ham/potato casserole= 4
    salad w/ ff dressing=

    I really want an iced coffee today, so I'll probably have one while we're out running around. That's probably 4 points, maybe more? I'll have to look it up.

    That leaves me 8 points for lunch.... we'll see how it goes!
