    Ok I haven't been posting my meals but I think it helps keep me on track so here goes.

    Snack- carrots 0

    Lunch-
    Chicken breast sandwich (leftover breast meat from a rotisserie chicken)
    on sugar free whole wheat bread with light mayo 5 points

    so sugar added applesauce cup-1
    carrots-0

    sugar free fat free iced mocha coffee drink-2 points

    Dinner-
    Weight Watchers chicken enchiladas suiza -7points
    Diet Coke with Splenda-0

    Total- 18 points

    Still have 2 points and think I will have some sf chocolate pudding in an hour or so
  • Oh, man... I've been doing so well this week and I think I blew it tonight. SweetMan came over and I just HAD to snack with him. Ugh.... here's what my day wound up looking like:
