Hi all - Ali, great to see you again, and congrats on the engagement! Believe me, it'll go soooooooooooooo quickly!!! Sounds like you are really getting back on track, and can I just say *wow* about the running - I am planning to take it up again once the summer heat passes. Of course I have to buy trainers (sneakers!) first - but if you have any tips on how to get started, I would love to hear them
Anyway, this is just a quickie to wish you all a happy week ... I am going to be away for a week now with no e-mail, packing up our old flat ready for Blokey to move up here to our new, northern home. Yippee! First WI since getting back on track is tomorrow and I will have to wait nearly a whole week before entering it in the magic online tracker - looking forward to seeing that tracker start WHIZZING to the right!!!
