I actually ate a steak sandwich on a roll today - a huge piece of steak! Good lord -- I saw it and I just had to have it:o And do you think I felt so wonderful after I ate THE WHOLE THING??? NOT. Not only did I feel guilty, but my stomach hurt - my punishment for being a glutton :devil:

Oh, well, been there, done that, now its over! Back on track tonight.

Patti/Zoe - Glad to hear your'e feeling better and about to get back on track -- as you can see it happens to all of us. A monster just comes in and takes over, lol :s:
