I had my first week weigh-in yesterday (after being away from WW for nearly a year). I lost 7 POOUNDS!! I am so happy with myself! But the best part about it is that I actually did the program like you are supposed to! (Now there's an idea!) I ate my fruits and veggies and I felt so good about what I was eating.
But, here is a question, which I also posted on the general WW board, but maybe someone over here can help....how do I change my tracker? Do I have to make a new one each week? I am ready to see it MOVE!!!
