wenwella...I try to find anything to be more active. Park farther away in the parking lots when you og shopping (longer walk), Dance around the house when your cleaning (vacuuming, ect) I think every little step will help. Walka round the block, take the kids for a bicycle ride (even a short one). Walk into the bank instead of using drive thru service. Hope this helps. I ahve started to do sityups nightly (can barely do 20 each time, but I'm trying) Have a great rest of the weekend!
