Thrilling Thursday
Hi Ladies
Its Thursday its 6:39 in the AM I LOVE HAVING TIME TO MYSELF! I'm planning my meals for the day Breakfast is the easiest as I'm the only one I feed. for lunch already I have a tupperware with frozen veggies to pop in the micro and I'll prolly throw together a tuna and pasta deally just need alternate "salad lubricant" as I only have Full Fat mayo We'll see I'm off to grab a shower before DH rises bbl Kierie This was in the Denis Austin email this morning I kinda liked it Never underestimate your power to change and improve. Oh btw I so found a bad trigger yesterday
Really sweet cookies my sis buys goodies for my gram and here I am thinking I can just have one b/c with a more savory cookie I can NO one became 6 Chips ahoy not an option! |
Hey Kier! I am here-better late than never! I've been good this week-have almost made my gym goals and have been trying to keep track of what I eat...I am weighing in tomorrow and hoping to see a loss after this 10 pound gain:) Last night I had a horrible day at work but forced myself to go running with the baby-I am proud of that! Congrats on the 196!!!
