weighing in early + mistake= DISAPPOINTMENT!

  • I had to weigh in a day early this week due to not being able to attend my usual Tuesday meeting. I am very very very disappointed. I DID lose, and I know that is eally all that should matter, but it was only .3 lbs. I don't really know what the specific problem was....I kept my journal and stayed in my points range....well, technically I was actually 2 points over my range cause I was unaware I had dropped until mid-week, and then I just went with it. BUT STILL!!!!!! I feel like I did so well for so little. But I am back in the saddle again for the coming week. One thing I need to desperatly improve on is my water. I am only getting about half of what I should, so that is my goal this week....lots and lots of water.
  • Sherry - don't sweat it! Your body is still on the downward and you are OP, so don't put too much stock in to what the scale says.
