My menu:
6 egg whites - 2 Kashi - 2 Yogurt - 1 Apple - 1 (I need a bigger brekkie being hypo) Veggies -0 Apple -1 Wrap - 3 Trout- 4 Salad with FF Italian dressing - 0 Yogurt - 1 Apple - 1 Hopefully I can stick to this: Chicken - 3 Salad+ LF dressing -1 dessert - 2 Points for today 22, aim 22. Cheers! Ali |

1 yoplait bluberry yogurt 2 eggs 1/2 a tomato 1/2 a potato 2 scallions 1 pat of butter and 1/8 cup parm cheese water goal 6 glasses |

Breakfast Columbo Light Key lime pie 2 points Lunch 1 cup pasta with 1 pat of butter 4tbsp shredded parmesan 10 Salad Dinner Pork loin marinated in teriyaki 4 pts a slice 8 pts cauliflower and 1/2 a corn cob 1 pt total 21 aerobics 31 minutes THe only thing I did bad on today was water |

Breakfast 3/4 cups total oats and brown sugar 2 pts 1/2 cup 1% milk 1 pt Lunch Salad chicken breast marinated in hotsauce and BBQ 4pts 1 cup pasta with 1 pat butt 7 Dinner 1 skinless leg and thigh 4 3/4 cup rice cooked in chicken broth from the pan 3 Sylvias Collard Greens 1.5 servings 1 point Total 20 Water goal 6 glasses exercise 40 minutes aerobics |
Thursday Sept 2
Breakfast LA Yogurt Light 2 pts
Lunch Zuch and tomato marinated in 6 tbsp of lawrys garlic and herb 2 pt 1 cup of pasta 4 pts Dinner 1 skinless chicken leg 1 1 cup pasta with 1 pat butter and 2 tbsp of parmesan 7.5 Snack a satisfying cup of whole milk with 3 heaping tsp of cadburies drinkign choc 5 Total 22 |
