Flopping Friday

I am just feeling blah today, I think it's the weather.

Anyway, I am heading out to my parents place tomorrow for my dad's bday. I have planned for a meal of rotisserie chicken and fries :) It's yummy! I might make a salad with it so I don't indulge in the coleslaw.

Anyway, I have a running practice tonight. I should try and fit in some WT tomorrow.
