Bonjourno!

My friend is dragging me (literally, I have an awesome guy already, but she doesn't want to go alone) with her to a singles event (she's doing it as research :lol:) luckily there's a football (CFL) game on ce soir so my BF won't notice (just kidding, I've told him about it and asked permission kind of deal).

Eating has been good, I had trout and corn on the cob (no butter, just salt) for dinner and an apple for dessert. I didn't exercise yesterday but c'est la vie.

I Have been snoozin most of the am b/c I had 3 hours of sleep for 2 nights in a row last night we did laundy at MILs till 2:30 am DH was asleep and I really didn't want to fold my underpants with MIL she's great but you have to draw the line somewhere I draw mine at Panties.
So tonight will be a challenge we're going down the shore for pizza and usually everyone gets their own I Can't ask DH to share b/c I know he's going to get this huge oen eat it and win a shirt we'll file this under boys are funny
so i'm hoping for a someone to share a pizza with or B a pizza alternative

Hi everyone-Just popping in before I take off for a week at the shore in North Carolina-eating has been ok-but I am maintaining-when i get back, it's serious points! My goal for vacation is to exersize and to avoid a gain...it should be pretty easy since we are going to be in a house, so no eating out-just grilling and cooking our own meals....I just need portion control.....Hope everyone has a good week:)_
